There are no 'checking in' or 'checking out' times, as the pen is allocated to you for the whole of your cat's holiday. Therefore, we charge for the day of arrival and day of departure. 

There is no additional charge for administering medication.

A £30 non-returnable deposit is requested to confirm bookings. Payment is accepted by credit card, debit card and cash. We regret that cancellations less than two weeks before the start of your stay (four weeks at Christmas) will be charged at full rate unless we can re-let the accommodation.

For the wellbeing of all boarders, cats must be fully immunised against Cat Flu and Feline Enteritis. An up to date vaccination certificate must be produced before admittance. Your cat's first course of vaccinations must be completed not less than two weeks before commencing their stay. If you are at all unsure or have any additional questions please do not hesitate to ask.

All cats must be treated against fleas and worms before entering the cattery. 

We reserve the right to refuse to board any animal that we consider is unfit, or unsuitable for boarding. This is for the protection of other boarders as we want all our boarders to be happy and well.

Unfortunately, we cannot board cats over six months old that have not been neutered.

Cats must be brought in a secure cat carrier. Please no cats in arms, boxes or leads. This is a licensing and insurance requirement.
